Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Grid Master ("the Service"), operated by Formula Corporation Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in prize competitions. By entering any competition with prizes, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and an Australian resident. Age verification may be required before prize claims are processed.

3. Game of Skill

Grid Master is a game of skill. Success is determined solely by the participant's knowledge of motorsport, research capabilities, and strategic decision-making in selecting fantasy teams. No element of chance or random selection determines winners. Prizes are awarded based on the performance of selected drivers, teams, and manufacturers in official championship events.

4. No Affiliation

Grid Master is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, FIA, Formula One World Championship Limited, Supercars Championship, or any of their respective teams, drivers, or sponsors. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Roster and Draft Rules

Once a roster is submitted, it is locked for the season and cannot be changed. You may select one Lead Driver per round whose points are doubled. If no Lead Driver is selected, your highest-priced driver becomes the default. Rosters must be submitted before the season begins and must comply with the salary cap.

7. Prizes and Payments

Prizes are awarded to eligible winners as determined by final leaderboard standings. Winners must complete identity verification and provide payment details via Stripe Connect. Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of notification. We reserve the right to withhold prizes pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Using automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
  • Attempting to manipulate leaderboards or competition results
  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Any form of collusion with other participants

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
